Anti-wrinkle Injections target key facial wrinkles such as forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet and frown lines to restore a youthful look and improve confidence. The treatment involves a number of small injections of botulinum toxin A. This blocks some chemical signals from the nerves, primarily those signals that cause muscle contraction. Patients will require one treatment normally with best results being shown within a week. We believe natural looking results are best. Effects will normally last between 3 and 4 months. Patients will require 1 treatment every 3 months.
Results normally last approximately 3 months. Patients will be able to have an anti-wrinkle treatment every 3-4 months.
Prior to treatment we will take a full medical history to assess your suitability. If we are confident that we can meet your expectations then treatment can be carried out.
Treatment is suitable for those wanting a non-invasive solution to reduce fine line and wrinkles.
The needles used are very fine so discomfort is usually minimal.
All patients are invited to attend an initial consultation prior to having treatment. This will usually last 20 minutes. Treatment will normally take a further 15 minutes depending on area.
